WP-322 is a kind of macromolecule polymer obtained by microbial fermentation with starch as raw material. The polymer is similar to the known xanthan gum property, but its aqueous solution stability is better than xanthan gum, showing high temperature, Resistant to high salt, acid and alkali, the use of a wide range of pH, high shear resistance, good water retention. Based on the above excellent performance, WP-322 main components in the food, medicine, cosmetics, oil extraction, ceramics, coatings and other applications of concern. The WP-322 molecule in the aqueous solution mainly depends on the van der Waals force in the molecule, and the side chain and the main chain depend on the hydrogen bond.
