Shengli Oilfield Uses Microbial Technology to Produce Industrial Oil FlowUpdated:2018-05-19    Click:
Recently, good news came from Shengli Oilfield Xinchun Company in the Zhungeer Basin of Xinjiang. The company has achieved good industrial oil flow through scientific research on microbial oil recovery technology in Wells Row 6-Ping 46 and Row 6-Ping 47. Once again, a new technology replacement road has been explored for the development of domestic heavy oil fields.
Xinchun company's development and technical personnel introduced, microbial oil recovery technology is the use of microorganisms in the reservoir after the thermal drive, polymer flooding, etc., after the method of growth and metabolic activities or metabolites to increase oil recovery technology, but also the world's oil industry input A lot of energy is actively exploring new topics. The key technology for microbial oil recovery is listed as an important project in the "863" resource and environmental technology field by the state and has great practical significance for the geological reserves of 6.8 billion tons of appropriate microbial oil recovery technology in China.
In April 2014, Shengli Oil Field cooperated with Peking University to carry out microbiological oil recovery technology at Well 6-Ping 48 and Ping 49 in Western Shengli. After 12 months of tests, the first battle was successful, and the two wells together produced 5,000 tons of oil in a single cycle. Shengli Oilfield has thus become the first domestic company to successfully overcome the difficulties of microbial oil production technology. The Oilfield Branch Company has been authorized by the National Invention Patent for the “Microbial Oil Recovery Method for Activated Deep Functional Bacteria in Reservoirs”.
In recent years, Xinchun Company has focused on the characteristics of the geological reserves of the blocks under its jurisdiction, focused on the prospects of oilfield development, and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the increasingly mature microbial oil recovery technology. Under the situation of the shortage of funds in the “winter” period, the company established a chief expert. The leading group, led by the backbone, conducted the second cooperation with Peking University to optimize the operation, speed up the rhythm, increase the testing of microbial oil production technology, and further carried out the strain screening and compatibility tests for the South Block of the 6th row. During the work, the scientists and the experts and professors of Peking University conducted a thorough investigation of the well site in the area, and the selected row of Well 6-Ping 46 and Row 6-Ping 47 were tested.
In 2018, on the basis of previous research, Xinchun company researchers and professors from Peking University formulated well-opening plans and emergency plans for the conditions of the two wells. Overtime was used to continuously track the data of the two wells, encrypt sampling, and analyze and implement the two productions. The actual condition of the well and the variation of the viscosity of the crude oil, the implementation of changes in strain concentration and changes in the nutrient solution, finally reached the well-opening conditions in recent days. On April 6, Xinchun Company opened wells for these two microbiological oil production test wells. On April 8, they saw industrial oil flow. The average single well liquid returned about 20 tons, and the comprehensive water content was 65%.
The success of the Microbial Oil Recovery Test for Wells Row 6 - Ping 46 and Row 6 - Ping 47 provided a cost-effective method for the development of high-viscous heavy oils in Western China and the future use of these reserves - this test is expected 6 The reserves in the high-water-bearing areas in the South Block are 1.5 million tons.
At the same time, Xinchun Company has started preparations for the microbiological oil recovery demonstration in Block 2 601-20 Block 2 and is expected to revitalize 5 million tons of geological reserves, which will further consolidate the basis for the successful production of the Western Heavy Oil Production.
